Q: What is your return policy?
A: If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will replace or exchange any item(s) with no restocking fee. A request for return must first be approved by our return department. For more information visit the Returns & Exchanges page of our website.
Q: Do you offer resizing?
A: RNB Jewellery will gladly re-size a ring purchased from us for a nominal fee. Please allow 3-10 business days for it to be resized. You will be responsible for shipping charges when sending items for resizing.
Q: I purchased jewellery from you and one of my stones is missing. Can I get it replaced?
A: We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on our jewellery FREE of charge. This warranty excludes any jewellery merchandise that has lost a single diamond with a total weight of 0.10 carat or larger.
Q: Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?
A: Yes. Our warranty covers against manufacturing defects on all of our jewellery. Our warranty is valid only at RNB Jewellery. Q: How long does it take for an item to be shipped?
A: Upon making your order, stock items will be processed within 24 hours and will be shipped within 2-4 business days in Canada.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
