RNB Jewellery is based out of Montreal, Canada. All our jewellery is proudly made-to-order in the United States and Canada.
RNB Jewellery is always open to new opportunities. If you would like to become a client, please fill up therequest formon our website. A representative will review your request and will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
Return & Repairs
If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will replace or exchange any item(s) with no restocking fee. A request for return must first be approved by our return department.
RNB Jewellery will gladly re-size a ring purchased from us for a nominal fee. Please allow 3-10 business days for it to be resized. You will be responsible for shipping charges when sending items for resizing.
Yes. Our warranty covers against manufacturing defects on all of our jewellery. Our warranty is valid only at RNB Jewellery. Improper repair of warranty service performed by someone other than RNB Jewellery will void this warranty. For more information visit the Warranty & Repairs page of our website.

Upon making your order, stock items will be processed within 24 hours and will be shipped within 2-4 business days in Canada.
We charge a flat rate of $25. Rates may vary based on locations and are subject to change without notice.
Once you have made a purchase, a tracking number will be generated for you.
